We went back to Sunnyvale Nissan to discuss the issue I had a week ago when we purchased our Leaf Plus! We will receive a check for the amount in question. WE ARE THRILLED!!! Brandon and Armando are incredible. They really want their customers to be happy, and they made us happy!! The car sells itself! This new leaf is even more comfortable than my Model 3. It has Zero gravity seats, electronics match any other car. Dealing with these people will change anyone's mind in dealing with a car purchase. Brandon, Armando , and Joel made sure we were happy and completely satisfied!
We came to purchase a new leaf through The Costco plan. No only did we not get a discount, they changed us $1000 over manufacture list. That stunk.We should have walked out, but wanted the car . Charging over list is not nice , and has left a bad taste in my mouth! The person we dealt with, Brandon, was really nice and my wife had a great test drive. It's just the idea of charging more than list that STINKS. THEY should refund that amount!The finance individual was also very nice, and competent. Nice people, just a lousy management call!!

Joel and Keith are super awesome. If I can give them both 100 stars, I would. I came in with an issue and they both helped resolved it. Great customer service starts and ends with great communication and there was not once where I felt I was left out for dry. The resolving the issue extended out a few days after my visit to Nissan due to scheduling and even during that time, communication was still present. Sometimes problem solving doesn't occur overnight but what makes it count is that the support is there. Thanks Joel and Keith!!!!
This is by far my favorite Nissan in the area! I've been to many other Nissans, and this one has the best customer service. I worked with Jonathan in the service department and he was professional, helpful, and friendly. The service department took care of my issue quickly and since it was a small fix, didn't charge me anything! I truly felt like they cared about me and not just making money. Would definitely recommend this Nissan!
