This is specifically for the Service and Maintenance department. 5 stars for 1) ease of making appointment online; 2) attentive service; 3) waiting room. I've been going here to service my vehicle for the past 3 years so the positives ain't no fluke.1) They seem to consistently have a lot of availability, even when I want to schedule a service last minute, which tells me they're well-staffed.2) Service rep pays attention to your needs and is very helpful in answering all questions and addressing issues you bring up. Most importantly, they seem to give pretty no BS assessments and recommended repairs to your car. Special shout out to the guy who was patient enough to explain to a 70+ year old lady how her EV works and why here battery doesn't hold charge as well as it did 8 years ago. 3) The waiting area is AWESOME. Free coffee, free snacks, free wi-fi. I can easily work there all day.
This is a great dealership. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable and Lou Supan had a lot of patience with my family and I. He explained everything very well and gave us the best deal! Would highly recommend.
It's rare to see a dealership with such a high star rating. However, I do agree with the 4 stars that this Nissan Sunnyvale is currently valued at. My experiences has been base on purely on their service department so far. Hopefully one day I will be purchasing or leasing a car so I can review that too.In terms of the service department, I have been there a few times with different nissan vehicles and different service advisors. All of them were very knowledgeable. I like how they check you in with their tablet, take plenty of pictures of your vehicle. Turnaround time is pretty quick too. For basic services the turn around time were usually same day if you check in early. One instance we had to exercise a warranty for my car to order some parts, the turn around was 2 days so it wasn't that bad.Waiting area has a soda vending machine, a snack vending machine, and recently got a pretty good coffee machine too.
I came here to buy a LEAF and I was pretty picky, but they took care of everything and gave me a very good price! I can call them any time with questions and they genuinely seem happy to help. This is now my first choice when it comes to dealerships.
Nick and Jerry are the guys you want to talk to when getting your vehicle serviced here, they shoot straight and honestly these guys know what they are talking about when it comes to your Nissan vehicle. Great dealership, humble and very welcoming! We are first-time car buyers so we were clueless about what we were doing. Lou and his staff helped us feel confident and comfortable with our decision. Lou and the staff were also very cooperative with our daugther who made the dealership her playground. We didn't feel pressured and are very pleased with our purchase.
