The service department did a great job. Called in about my truck having a noise problem and Nick set up an appointment with me right away. He suggested I come in on a week day which worked out great because they open early. I got there in the morning and there were quite a few people but Nick was there to greet and help me. Left my truck in the morning and had it back by the afternoon. It turned out to be a small fix and they fixed up nicely. They were kind people and made the process smooth. Can't thank them enough.
All the sales folks were really quite knowledgeable and courteous and took all the time to respond to queries to full satisfaction and I would recommend to use their services and I had a wonderful buying experience.
We bought 2 cars at this dealership, as recent as a month ago, due to the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. We worked with Vahid and Juan "Bottas". The prior time we worked with Zaied and Adrian Cuzman. We also like the service advisor Nick Collins. Overall, we are happy with our purchases and happy with the car services. The only thing that we find a tad annoying is that right after our purchase, we got bombarded with different emails from different folks at the dealership. Emails that refer to the same thing "are you happy with your purchase". This is just overkill!
