Nice waiting lounge with lots of amenities and live tv. They take good care of you while you wait for your car to be serviced. They also provide one way complimentary shuttle service which is kinda nice of you do not want to wait. All in all a nice experience.
Stopped by here a month ago (early Nov 2018) before coming in on the 30th of November around 2pm to test drive the 2019 Nissan Altima. Henry had called me to arrange an appointment after I submitted a quote online and was informative and hospitable once I arrived at the dealership. A small, but memorable touch of this specific dealership is that when one of the associates sees a customer park, they actually come outside to meet the customer. After test driving the specific trim I was interested, Henry had Lou come over to go over pricing and Lou made it his priority to figure out exactly what I was working with and looking for in terms of finances. We negotiated to a price that I was mildly comfortable with but not overly sold on and I went home to wait for my wife to talk over what was currently available on the table. I called Lou back around 5pm, he picked up after 1 ring (I highly value responsiveness) and we chatted a bit more about what was still holding me back from this purchase. Lou and I were able to discuss a better deal that also included a highly competitive trade-in price for my old car. Dropped off my previous car for them to appraise and then went back around 8:15pm to go over all the paperwork. Manny was the rep that helped us during this process and we were able to catch a price discrepancy from what Lou and I had discussed. Manny brought Lou back in and Lou went to bat for us with his GM to get us the car at a price we were very satisfied with. Manny made the whole paperwork ordeal a breeze and was informative with any questions we had. All in all, would recommend this place, especially Lou, to my friends and family for any future car purchase. TL;DR - Henry, Lou, and Manny were all great. Will definitely be bringing more business here when the opportunity arises.
I recently was looking for Rogue and Mr. Vahid helped me to get the best possible deal. All the staff was courteous and helped me throughout the process . Mr. Vahid was helpful with dropping car to rental car and being patient and all this time and even answering any doubts during the process. Hoping to get same level of customer service during future maintenance service for vehicle.
We came in on a busy Black Friday weekend and were handed off to Henry, who helped us buy a specific used car we'd already done our research on. He helped us through the test drive and the usual mountain of paperwork, even giving us pointers on EV driving (turns out when you sell Leafs, your knowledge can carry over to Plug In Priuses). The dealer was a little pushy on the service contract and extended warranties, but I can hardly fault them for that: that's where their actual profit comes from, after all. Side note on pricing. DGDG dealers are "no haggle" on used cars, which was a big departure from the arguing and theater we had to go through on our last car. (My husband told me that I should NOT admit that I liked any of the cars, because they wouldn't lower the price for us if they thought we'd buy it anyway.) It's apparently one of those things where customers SAY they want "no haggle", then when it gets to buying, customers feel vulnerable if they can't fight for a lower price. Personally, I thought the price on our car was great for the condition and mileage of the vehicle, and I hope haggling on used cars dies an eventual death.
Tops in service and purchasing. If you want a Nissan this is a place you should visit.
Just purchase my used 2015 Infiniti Q50 here for my fiancé and she loves it. When I take my vehicle in to be serviced at Nissan it's always a great experience. They explain things very clearly. I leave Nissan service with absolutely no questions. I know my car is in "amazing" hands. From the car technician to the office it's extremely professional and comfortable at the same time! Nick and Raymond go above and beyond! Thanks guys! You rock!
As anyone would probably guess, buying a car can be a hair-raising experience. It is typically a diametrically opposed phenomenon. But our experience w Lou Supan was "confusingly" different. Lou was willing to be direct and focused on our needs in the most open way we've ever experienced at a dealership. He noted our preferences and stayed along side us through the process and kept us at our budget. Other yelpers can read the play by play on service/helpfulness/knowledge of the vehicle but in our opinion, that's not the market differentiator for Nissan Sunnyvale (we have all leveraged the internet portals for data). We think it really comes down to guys like Lou who creates a feeling of transparency, and having a willingness to listen to the customers needs/wants/constraints. Lou, a huge thank you for helping us w our new vehicle and most of all, thank you for *slaying* the feeling of intimidation in the car shopping experience! We are so glad we were able to meet and solicit your service after exhaustively connecting with a dozen other NCal dealership over the last 3 months.
