"My wife and I were looking for a new Nissan Versa;
we asked for online
quotes from half a dozen Nissan dealerships in the Bay Area. Yasha from
Nissan Sunnyvale was the first to reply, with a clear, good quote and
description of the car. We exchanged a few e-mails and quickly got to a
deal that worked out great for us -- he was also upfront about taxes and
fees that would be added to the price --, so we scheduled to go to the
dealership a few hours later.
At the dealership,
Yasha was very
attentive, patiently answered all of my dozens of questions, was never
pushy and helper me through the process with ease (we're foreigners, so
there was a lot of new stuff for us). Really great
service.
In
finance, John was also very helpful, trying to make the process of
signings tons of forms as easy as possible and actually calling our
insurance broke himself to figure out the documentation he needed to be
sent.
In the end, a very good experience, fairly fast
and not
stressful at all. If you're looking for a Nissan, go to Nissan Sunnyvale

rep. She is AMAZING!! AMAZING!!! So
nice, and really Honest. I had a really bad experience at my local
dealership, so I started to look online. I drove almost 300miles to get
there. Lauren J. held up to everything she offered me on the phone. I
got a great deal. My car only had 11.9 miles on it. Amal was our finance
manager, he was Great!! He got us a better APR then we had
been
offered anywhere else. I have told everyone I know! I thought I
should
share it with people I have never met. Buying a car is stressful. So
to
have nice people to walk us threw it, made all the difference! Lauren

new car in a hurry and didn't have much time to deal with the loan and

part, he helped me to finish it in a very short time and took care of

able to get rare
parts for my car from Japan. Also when I go there asking for it, they
know what car I am talking about. Without these guys I'd have to call up
places in Texas or Southern California. Its great have to a place like
this locally. If anything has to be special ordered, they'll call me as
soon as they receive it. Every other dealership that I have gone to, I
have to call them to find out where my order is. These guys are on it
and know their stuff.

Yelp! --- I came in here for an oil change and air filter
replacement without
making any appointment. The gentleman quickly checked me in and
everything was done promptly in less than 30 min. I was also charged
significantly less ($40) than the other dealership that I went to.
Overall, I am very satisfied with this dealership and will definitely
make constant maintenance visits here.

Yelp! ---These guys are good. Bob, the service manager, was
nice enough to repair
the fuel sending unit (a problem acknowledged by Nissan) in my 2006
Xterra for free even after Nissan North America refused. I also had them
make a few repairs to my old 1999 Frontier prior to selling it, all
with great results at reasonable prices. Jerry and Nick in the service
department are very friendly. Jerry repaired my timing chain for $900
when I had seen it universally quoted much higher on the internet, as
much as $2500. I like this place a lot.
