The latest Nissan technology is all in its tires. 2013's upcoming Nissan Altima will include an option for tire pressure and refills.
Nissan's redesigned 2013 Altima lets you fill the tires properly, without guessing or use of a gauge. The tire-pressure warning system alerts drivers of a low tire by displaying pressure and relevant tire(s) on the dashboard. As you fill the tire, the car's flashers come on to confirm that air is pumping. When full, the Altima's horn chirps to let you know it's done.
2013 Altima comes with the choice of a redesigned 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine, producing 182 horsepower, or 3.5-liter V6 making 270-horsepower. Both engines are attached to a continuously variable transmission.
Nissan's fifth generation Altima is rated at 38 mpg on the highway.
Nissan Sunnyvale loves all the new tech available standard on these updated vehicles. Come see the 2013 Altima for yourself this summer.
